Our Story…

Hi there, I'm Kate, the founder of Morgen House. Currently immersed in psychotherapy training, I established Morgen House with a mission to uplift mental well-being. My aim with this Substack is to impart insightful learnings and valuable content drawn from my personal journey, offering meaningful value to others. Besides curating this space, I'm deeply involved as a meditation and breathwork instructor. My diverse background spans from previous work in 'the city', contributing a wealth of varied experiences to my practice

What is Morgen House?

Morgen House is set up to improve the wellbeing and mental health of people and organisations. We are non-judgemental and use creativity to help people achieve their full potential.

Our focus at the moment is delivering valuable content and events to help offer non judgemental attitude to mental health and offer a space for reflection and personal growth.
